What happened?

Sakit2 tangan aku ni .... tu yg malas beno nak update. OK tak alasan?


Actually weekend semalam abang aku yang duduk kat Puchong (Actually semua adik beradik aku yang lain duduk kat Puchong) ajak kitorang main badminton. So sebab dia dah booking court, kitorang pun follow je lah .. memula tu aku malas, sebab nak tgk AF .. so aku dah cakap hubby je yg pegi, tapi last minute aku terasa mcm nak join je pulak .. lagipun kakak ipar aku ngan anak2 dia 4 orang pun turun sekali .. so semangat aku tetiba membara ...


Sebab cuma booking satu court, so aku ngan kak vv cuma bermain selingan aje .. masa org2 lelaki beregu berehat, masa tu la aku ngan kak vv lepas geram .. wakakkaka! letih siot dah lama tak menghayun raket ... tapi syok! well standard la pompuan main, sound effect lebih banyak kuat dari pukulan ... tapi aku rasa skill aku mcm dah better plak berbanding ngan masa dulu2 ... huhuhu ... dah ada gaya nih bleh masuk akademi badminton wakakakka!!!


So pagi Ahad tu punya lah sakit tangan ... tapi ptg tu tetap gak .. sebab dah janji nak get together ngan member2 skolah menengah .. so U-Bowl OU tujuan kami lah .. huhuhu aku tak larat lah sbb sakit tangan .. hubby lah main ... lepas main, Alin n Sham sponsor makan kat shakeys .. yg bestnya kuar ngan x skulmate ni coz most of them kawen ngan budak sama skolah n sama batch .. haha sama la mcm aku .. kosser ... tak berkembang gitu tapi best ler sbb semua pon geng!


OK, dah habis pasal weekend .. bila masuk Office pagi tadi, aku mcm teruja sket ... huhuhu .. teruja dalam debaran gitu .. actually semua ni dek kerana kes DI aku tu ... so meh la aku update pasal tu kat sini ...


Lepas habis meeting project kul 2PM, kuar lunch bagai ... kul 3.30 aku dah get ready nak bertolak ke HQ .. session start kul 4.30. So kul 3.45 tuh aku kuar .. nasib baik jalan clear lah .. so sampai kat perkarangan HQ tu pukul 4 kot ..just nice la tu aku fikir .. tapi, urghhh! aku dapat side parking plak .. puas aku adjust2 kereta nak fit into the parking lot .. hampeh! bila tgh gabra semua jadik tak betul .. aku rasa banyak kali gila aku dok reverse forward kereta ... cubaan kali keberapa ntah baru betul..itu pun lepas cina hantar kertas A4 yg kebetulan ada kat situ, tolong aku wakakakkaka..kosser!


Sampai je kat dalam, terus aku masuk dalam mtg room tu ... phewww .. ada ke dorang dan nak kuar sbb ingatkan aku tak datang??? hello??? aku tgk jam, lom 430 lagi .. so aku ngan muka tak bersalah je la masuk and duduk .. pastu dorang kasik aku kertas, dalam tu ada tulis nama sessi tu, pastu mata aku terbuntang sat ..

Aku senyum2 jek laaa ... huhuhu .. aku lewat ke?? ahakss.. makcik tak tau okayyy ... serious aku ingat kul 4.30 startnya ...


So, the meeting went smoothly lah .. dia tanya, aku jawab, dia tanya aku jawab ... memula tu aku accept aje lah segala pertuduhan dia .. ada 4 pertuduhan okayy.. wakakka ... aku nak story malas nya .. tapi tadi aku dah story panjang ngan member aku .. so aku copy paste aje lah kat sini .. grammar mmg tunggang langgang .. paham2 aje lah ehhh.. huhuu:-


Me: so they read all the accusation (did i spell it corrctly?) all 4 of them 2 of the panels were COO from other division
My Friend: okay..
Me: 3 others from HR itself
My Friend: okay then?
Me: so they ask me whether i accept all the accusations?
My Friend: ur story is like a thriller la
Me: then i said " since my record has stated that i was late, i guess i cant say i was not late to the office"so, yes, i accept and they asked, "we dont want to just take u as guilty without asking you reason for ur mistake" do u have any problems for coming early?"Okay so i tell them, i was late occasionally but i didnt do it on purpose i told them if i did it on purpose, it was better for me to take 1 or 2 hours late instead of 1 or 2 mins
My Friend: okay..
Me: i told them we re in a project so we cant avoid going back late
My Friend: hmmm
Me: they asked what time did u go back i said no earlier than 9 he asked, all of the team?i said some of them even went back at 12
My Friend: okay..
Me: so they say, we dont encourage our staff to use going back late as a reason to come late
My Friend: okay
Me: so i told them i dont like to use that as a reason too
Me: on call
My Friend: ok
Me: my kid
My Friend: she called u?
Me: yeah
My Friend: wow.. she can call u?
: my hub dialled
My Friend: oic..what's she saying?
Me: she tells everything that happens today
My Friend: hahahaha so nice .. is ur hubby not working today
Me: back already
My Friend: oic...
Me: ok back to DI (i think u must be bored with my story) haha
My Friend: no lah its interestign
Me: then, i told them "i tried to be in office on time, even if i went back late the previous day" but at times, i may be soo tired and my body just couldnt get up and have to go out a little bit late and that too is not late until lunch time , if u see my records, not all the time i go back late, i will come late the next day. it shows that i dont take advantage of going back late
and then ... one of them asked me how do i feel when i get all the reminders so i said i feel bad .. i know its my fault, then he asked about my boss, whether my boss is aware? so i said, my boss measured me by my deliverable even though punctuality is very important and it is company procedure and ground rules, i respect that
but my job requires me to be out of that but i tried to follow the rules
My Friend: okay..
Me: and then i said .. even thou some of my tardiness is really2 bcoz of traffic jam
My Friend: okay
Me: so i have to say that, even i know u wont accept that...then they smiled
My Friend: hahahahaha
Me: and then they said ermm.. i think u r fine ... thanks for being honest and we are satistied with ur explanation ... from ur answer, it shows that u understand company policy..u didnt blame company for all the accusations, so they thanked me for coming
My Friend: okay. good
Me: and they hope i was not stress coz of this coz this is not a court\and they said that my explanation shows that i am proffessioanl
Me: but i tell them, since i never be in the real court, so i cant avoid taking it as serious as court hahahahaand they laughed
My Friend: hahahahaha this is a good one
Me: and i said i wil improve and actually improved if u look at record now and they said yes they see that
Me: and then when they said see u again.. i said nope.. i hope we wont see each other in this session so they laughed
My Friend: hahahahaha
Me: and they continue, nope, not this session but maybe other better places
